Cancellations & Refunds
At Weighed Fitness, we strive to offer one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships without any charge (exceptions apply for custom orders; see details below).

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately so we can process a full refund before it leaves the warehouse. You can reach our team during business hours at (505) 588-6543, via the chat feature on our website, or by emailing support@weighedfitness.com anytime.


Custom Order Cancellations

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are created specifically for your order.

These items are tailored to your specifications or manufactured upon order. Once your order is placed, production begins. However, your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact us.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.


Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so; however, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Please note that not all orders are eligible for return once shipped. Since we source our products directly from manufacturers, our ability to accept returns depends on their policies. Contact us for specific details regarding your product’s eligibility.

Important Notes on Returns:

  • Fees: Outright returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. If exchanging, we may help offset some costs depending on the product.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item, unless stated otherwise on the product’s page.
  • Brand-Specific Policies: Individual product pages may have policies that override the general 30-day return policy.

Shipping Times

We work hard to deliver your order promptly. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages based on supplier and freight carrier updates. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions or shipping demand.

While delays can be frustrating, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenges.


Exchange Agreement

By purchasing from Weighed Fitness, you acknowledge the following:

  • You will inspect packages upon delivery, document any damage with photos, and report issues to support@weighedfitness.com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
  • Refunds are not available for orders already shipped; return shipping fees and restocking charges (typically 20%) will apply.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and subject to changes outside of our control.
  • You agree not to cancel or file a chargeback due to order delays or changes in estimated delivery times.

Damages

Inspect your item(s) upon delivery and note any damage before signing for the package. If damage occurs, send photos (including the box and SKU) and a brief description to support@weighedfitness.com within 24 hours to process an insurance claim. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.


Warranty

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details. Note that damages reported after 30 days of delivery are not considered warranty claims.


BOGO Promotions

For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions:

  • Both items must be returned for a full refund.
  • If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit equivalent to the individual item's value.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may incur a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and your credit card has been pre-authorized. Once your order is in our system, we promptly contact our suppliers to verify stock availability for immediate shipment. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available for shipping within five business days, we will process your payment and move forward with shipping your order.

Order Shipment
For in-stock items with processed payments, shipments typically occur within five business days from the order date. Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details within 24 hours to the email address you provided. If you haven't received tracking information within six business days, feel free to contact us at support@weighedfitness.com.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the USA, with limited exceptions for Canada. If the website allows you to complete checkout with a Canadian address, your order will be processed accordingly.

Address Changes
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update your address. Please note that this may cause delays, and any additional charges from the freight carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We strive to expedite shipments by coordinating promptly with our vendors. If you choose to cancel an order due to delayed delivery, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees, storage fees, and other related expenses. Filing a chargeback for shipping delays is considered theft and may result in legal action.

Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods:

  • Curb-Side Pickup (Free): Your item will be delivered to your curb within 5–15 days.
  • Threshold Shipping: The item is brought to your porch, garage, or another sheltered area.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of packaging.
